Firm Values
We Care.
We pride ourselves on being friendly, approachable, and compassionate. We understand that our work involves sensitive, often emotional family issues, so we meet clients with empathy and care.
Competent & Efficient Legal Advice.
We are competent attorneys able to give legal advice in plain English to our clients to better support their decision making. The law is confusing. If it was easy, clients would do this on their own. Our ability to translate complex legal concepts into real world application is our strength. Our clients need our legal acumen and deserve trustworthy and efficient communications.
Accessible & Non-Judgmental.
Every client is different and each one has unique needs, characteristics, and circumstances. It is our job to create a space where every client feels comfortable telling anything to anyone at our firm. This means we are flexible and non-judgmental with how we interact and engage with clients. We also meet clients where they are based on their unique needs and circumstances. For example, we are willing to travel to client homes for in-person meetings and avoid use of technology where it would prove to be an impediment to the client. Going the extra mile for our clients and working with them from a non-judgmental viewpoint sets our law firm apart from so many others.
Community Oriented.
We believe it is important to have well-rounded attorneys and employees that are engaged in the community beyond just our legal work. We value supporting our communities via educational training and charities. For example, we support youth in foster care and Meatball is here to remind us to support our local shelter animals.
DEI Matters.
Now more than ever, we hold strong in our belief that diversity, equity, and inclusion matters. We believe underrepresented groups that have been historically discriminated against based on ability and identity deserve legal representation and strong estate plans. We work to ensure all clients feel supported and confident in their estate plans with awareness of unconscious bias and differences related to patterns of wealth holding and beliefs around generational wealth planning.
